Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your dryrobe®; if you are not, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Our goal is to ensure you have the right gear for your outdoor adventures with a hassle-free exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the dryrobe® is neatly folded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
